The largest official collection of Bond cars and vehicles to be displayed in London has been launched at the London Film Museum in Covent Garden.
The Bond In Motion exhibition continues the celebration of a 50-year-old franchise which is the longest running in film history, and which first saw Cubby Broccoli and Harry Saltzman bringing Ian Fleming’s characters to life in 1962.
Since then, Bond producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G Wilson have overseen the creation of 22 films, and Broccoli said work has already begin on the secret agent’s next adventure.
“We are at early stages, we start filming at the end of the year and the next film will come out at the end of 2015, so it’s an exciting time for us.”
The varied vehicles show the history of Bond in motion and is the perfect exhibition for any budding 007 fan or car fanatic alike.
The exhibition will be open to the public from Friday March 21 2012. Tickets are available from londonfilmmuseum.com.
