Jigsaw Poster Released Ahead Of It’s San Diego Comic Con Appearance

The official poster for Jigsaw, the eighth film in the Saw franchise from Lionsgate, has been released; and it simply, yet hauntingly states, “Become Jigsaw.” The poster, exclusively was featured by Joblo shows the eighth film in the Saw franchise from Lionsgate.

I’m a huge fan of the Saw franchise as I keep telling you on EVERY Saw post i’ve posted since this films announcement. I’m so happy that Tobin Bell is back in the fold and I hope and pray that Coastas Mandylor and Cary Elwes make some sort of flashback or cameo apperance as some loose ends need to be tied up.

Star Tobin Bell will be signing autographs at San Diego Comic Con in addition to directors Peter and Michael Spierig who will be taking part in a panel called ‘Reinventing Horror’.

My favourite part about a new Saw film announcing is that Twisted Pictures always offload their props to Raybin Management and what does that mean? Public ownership! We’ll be able to own props from the new movie, there will be sales on older prop items that haven’t sold yet and it’ll be freakin glorious! My office at home has a whole cabinet dedicated to Saw props and merchandise but there is always room for more.

Tobin Bell, Mandela Van Peebles, Laura Vandervoort, Brittany Allen, Callum Keith Rennie, Matt Passmore, Hannah Emily Anderson, Josiah Black, Shaquan Lewis, Michael Boisvert, and James Gomez star. Brothers Peter and Michael Spierig (Daybreakers, Predestination) direct from a script by Josh Stolberg and Pete Goldfiner (Piranha 3D, Piranha 3DD, Sorority Row).

JIGSAW Synopsis

Bodies are turning up around the city, each having met a uniquely gruesome demise. As the investigation proceeds, evidence points to one man: John Kramer. But how can this be? The man known as Jigsaw has been dead for over a decade. Or has an apprentice picked up the mantle of Jigsaw, perhaps even someone inside the investigation?
